SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or
delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed
by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will
be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email
or telephone. We ship with FedEx, UPS or USPS. Delivery delays can
occasionally occur. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your
order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number
will be active within 24 hours.
Store Policy
Positive Moments wants you to be 100% satisfied, and we stand behind our
orders and service. If we make a mistake we fix it, if there is a problem with
the product we work with you to resolve the problem.
If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, you can request a return or
exchange within 30 days of purchase. Once your return is received and
inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your
returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit
will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of
payment, within 5 business days.
